Delete Your Account In The App
- Open KWIZ and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to your profile by tapping Me.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Email Deletion Request
If you cannot access your account, email info@kwiz.live from the email address connected to your KWIZ account. Include your username and write "Account deletion request" in the subject line.
What Is Deleted
- Your account record, authentication sessions, profile details, avatar references, and push notification tokens.
- Your social graph, blocks, friendships, notifications, and profile-linked gameplay statistics where deletion is supported by our systems.
- Your posts, comments, messages, and chat attachments associated with your account, subject to technical and legal limits.
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, service integrity, backups, audit logs, or abuse investigations. For example, reports, moderation records, and security logs may be retained for a limited period even after account deletion.
Timing
In-app deletion begins immediately. Backup systems and residual logs may take additional time to age out under our retention practices.
Google Account Access
If you used Google sign-in, deleting your KWIZ account does not delete your Google Account. You can also manage third-party app access from your Google Account settings.
