By using KWIZ, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any rules shown inside the game.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use KWIZ. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use KWIZ only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Your Account
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not impersonate another person, create accounts to evade enforcement, sell or transfer your account, or use another person's account without permission.
Game Rules and Fair Play
- Do not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, manipulate matchmaking, or interfere with scoring or leaderboards.
- Do not use bots, scripts, emulators, packet tools, or other systems to gain an unfair advantage.
- Report bugs responsibly and do not abuse them.
- We may adjust scores, XP, ranks, rewards, or leaderboards to preserve game integrity.
User Content
You are responsible for content you post, send, upload, generate, or submit in KWIZ, including usernames, profile images, messages, posts, comments, reactions, clan names, custom topics, reports, and attachments.
You grant KWIZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve KWIZ. You keep ownership of content you own.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use KWIZ to create, upload, share, request, encourage, or promote content or conduct that violates our Community Guidelines, harms users, breaks the law, infringes intellectual property, contains malware, harasses others, exploits minors, or disrupts the service.
Moderation and Enforcement
We may review, remove, restrict, or report content and accounts. We may warn, mute, suspend, ban, reset progress, remove rewards, limit features, or delete accounts where appropriate. We may also preserve information needed to investigate abuse, safety issues, legal requests, or policy violations.
Generated Topics and AI Content
KWIZ may use automated systems to generate trivia questions or classify topics. Generated content can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You should report problematic topics or questions in the app. We may remove or edit generated content at any time.
Service Changes
KWIZ may change, suspend, or discontinue features, game modes, rewards, rankings, or the service at any time. We may also perform maintenance or restrict access for security, operational, or legal reasons.
No Warranties
KWIZ is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific matchmaking results, exact availability of topics, or permanent storage of user content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, KWIZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, lost goodwill, or service interruption arising from your use of KWIZ.
